I felt a dramatic twinge of unfamiliar pain in my left knee. At one point a swell coming broadside pitched the boat so much I lost balance and twisted my leg a bit. I fear I may have injured my knee.

We've arrived back in St George's Bay and have anchored next to our previous neighbors, a training vessel heading to Antiga (sp?) if memory serves.

I was at the wheel for the entire trip. I was under motor and done manually which proved suprisingly challenging. Waves weren't tall but the boat moved around and pitched dramatically. It was not easy to keep in a straight line.

There also quite a bit of wind

Tomorrow we get the go/no-go weather report.

I thought the news we are likely departing Sunday night would fill me with enthusiasm and energy, instead I find myself exhausted, turning to my bunk for long naps. perhaps it's relief from the anxiety of not knowing. I'm trying to get woke enough for happy hour at the yacht club, I don't know,
is it 10 or 11 days now we've been sitting in harbor in Bermuda? I've been all over this boat, even on top of the 90 foot mast, fixing, cleaning, scrubbing decks, washing cushions, and have polished every piece of stainless steel and chrome so bright it's now hard be be on deck when the sun shines -everytjing is gleaming so. We have the boat ready for sea, but the sea is not yet ready for us.
