The cause and fix
Sean from Diversified Marine met me at the boat last week. The smoking issue was plain to see. His suggestion was to pull the injectors and test them which I agreed to despite having had them tested 100 hours ago. When he pulled the injectors out, Sean noticed that they had been installed backwards.
