If you are one of the two or three people who may be paying attention to this space, finding time to write proper articles has proven challenging but I am updating the Travelogue and Photos tab (upper tab bar on this page) somewhat more regularly. 
I am currently in Astoria, OR on the Pacific coast. It's been a while.

The Beloved Blue Oil Burner seems to be running well. So far no hint of fuel leaks or issues with the drive train. These "BattleAx" tires are preforming surprisingly well, which I am pleased about. 

The plan from here is to slowly make my way down through California to San Diego. Then I'm not sure yet the route I'm going to take. I have stops planned in Moab, Denver, Los Alamos, Arizona, and several in Texas. 

Strangely, I've been able to make real progress on software development while on this trip and have been averaging a few hours every other day where I'm actually getting stuff done. I think so much more clearly when traveling than when I am at home.
