Windy enough to blow my glasses off the bike

Quite chilly and windy today. 54segF at the moment. Slow start today because I didn't sleep well.

I'm a little concerned about the distances in the mountains. Between cold and slower roads reaching 300 miles is going to be challenging.

My back hurts a bit but not bad. We'll see how I do today. I only had 240 miles to go so I can take it easy.

Clicked off another 144 miles at pace with next to no pain. This is encouraging.

Another near three hour stint through a tank of gas. Just minor hunts and echoes of pain so I experimented running for about 45 minutes at a real good clip without any issues.

Gear indicator has flaked out with all the rain last night. It's done this before

I thought I had missed a turn but to my surprise I reached the end of the route.

The weather has turned gorgeous and the miles are ticking away easily. No pain to speak of so far.
