Heading to Publix grocery just as a storm passes through

I was supposed to be here at 14:15. I arrived at 14:21. I hate being late.

I should have called to arrange dropping off the car.

Hoofing it to the car to go pick up Wayne and Jackie.

Alex found a number of places where water has been leaking in and causing some rot.

The detail job was not close to what I was hoping for.

It is a serious schlep from the parking lot to the boat.

Arrived.

Gas stop. The rain has stopped and the sun has threatened to peek out.

There are some absolutely wicked potholes on I95S ... like none I think I have ever seen.

Therapeutic dose of Advil and much water.

BUG: on Resume tracking definitely gets disabled. It may be related to the memory leak cleanup work done recently. At the moment I don't think this is the same as what Aaron was seeing. I'll track it down once I get to the boat.

At a rest stop now. I've been making good time but I'm having those muscle cramp issues again. I think I haven't been drinking enough water so I just bought two bottles from a vending machine.

BUG: tracking is turning off after each resume and post. That is truly weird.

Starbucks stoppin'

This location has Sheetz style grind and brew machines. The coffee comes out super hot. I'm not sure I like it.

Rainy day. There's more traffic than yesterday.

Google claims 3:14. Heading out now.

Dreary day.

The new travel laptop is working out better than expected. To my surprise it's dramatically faster than my workstation. The keyboard lacks a number pad with insert and delete keys so my editing efforts are much slower.

I managed to find one nasty bug which may explain part of what I'm seeing.

I should arrive at the boat in the mid afternoon. There is a Starbucks in my future.

Tired. Checked into a Hilton Garden Inn. It seems quite nice.

There was a wicked accident on I95N that had all lanes blocked. The backup went on for miles. Thankfully, I was heading South but, of course, rubber neckers caused a backup.

Then right before I got to the hotel there was another bad accident, this one involving a Harley.

The app tracked correctly from the last stop to here on Android but not under iOS. However, it seems the elusive track drawing bug is showing up more reliably now. I'm going to guess it's some kind of race condition.

It would be really convenient if these issues would show up in local testing and not always when I leave town. Very discouraging.

I'm going to stop around 6. Just not feeling great. Hopefully I feel better tomorrow.

TODO: definitely need the background geolocation status screen. On Android I'm fairly certain it's my bug which would be good. Under iOS I think it's a combination of the same bug and some issue with the Transistorsoft plugin.
