Rumor has it that parts have not been available for these windlass' since at least 2014, which sucks.

It appears there's only one size of Zinc Anode.
There are two of these that feed the HVAC Units. 58W power usage.

The ancient Yanmar panel for my Yanmar 4JH-TE turbo-diesel was well beyond its serviceable life.
Dana had suggested these guys. While expensive, the quality of the work on this custom panel is impressive. In addition to the panel I had them make a custom wiring harness. To get oil pressure and coolant temperature values they provided replacement senders. The wiring harness is self contained in a durable plastic sheath which makes for a very clean installed.
The only issue I ran into with the installation was the hand tightening nuts on the oil sender were uncomfortably close to the stop solenoid so I replaced them with small nuts.
This is supposedly the correct turbo.
According to Gemini this part number matches up with the turbos originally installed on these engines.

With regards to compression:
"This is what I just found from my file about the compression spec for the 4JH-TE Yermo Lamers. Standard is 341PSI. Limit is 270PSI and fluctuation between cylinder is 42.7PSI. I got this info from Yanmar Japan years ago. The readings are from a warn engine and the crank speed is about 300RPM. No throttle at all. Since we pulled all the injectors to do the test, there is no sense to have the throttle on (better off). We don't want fuel spitting all over."
This turbo is off a Yanmar 4JH-DTE and is not correct for this engine. What is strange is that the heat exchanger has the 4JH-TE plate on it but seems to be from a 4JH-DTE.
The plate says:
