I have arrived in Buenos Aires. it was a long and circuitous route to get here. there is a protest in the city today, something about cutting off electricity during the heat wave.it my Spanish were better. My room won't be ready until 3:00, so I am going to find a cafe and get some coffee, and try to get oriented.

All the flights went as well as they could. I've arrived Buenos Aires and am now in a taxi trying to get to my hotel. From what I can understand there is a big protest in the city today over cutting electric power during a heat wave. we're stuck in gridlocked traffic, barely moving. Not that big of a deal for me. I can't check in until this afternoon anyway.
