Stupid mirror fell off and the helmet hit the ground. First time ever. Technically supposed to replace the helmet now.

HEALTH: moment of serious back pain. Ouch. Feel it in my throat as well.

Old dude, 'bout my age has ridiculously huge arms that look like they have seen a lifetime of hard work. Farmer?

That last traffic jam was no joke. I may need to re-evaluate my choice of routes. I sat still in traffic jams for over an hour today.

I prefer to run the app instead of Google Maps but on superslab I may need to relent.

BUG: Android change something so photos don't work on the Pixel 7 while they did just a couple weeks ago without any change to the software.

I forgot if it connects to WIFI that doesn't go anywhere it hangs on a white screen of death.

There was an epic traffic jam. After some time I decided to do an illegal U-turn because traffic wasn't moving at all. Engine off.

I encountered an R1250RS rider in Klim gear on the side. We exchanged a few words and I took the turn. I rode back to the nearest exit and tried to make my way down a road that was marked as closed. This time they meant it. As I came back to the intersection the R1250 RS rider ride by so I followed him on a beautiful ride through the countryside. Clearly a disciplined rider. We eventually made it back to 40 and then 70. He veered off at Hancock and I continued on.

Gorgeous day but windy. Making good time. The bike is running well. So far my shoulder doesn't hurt too badly.

A guy approached me at Bob's curious about my "vintage" bike and then asked questions about the trip. New follower. I suppose I should make an effort to post regularly.

Forgot to close the tank bag. Something seemed to fly out but I don't know what it was.

I didn't bleed the brakes well enough. They are much softer than I like.

The camelbak will take some getting used to

It's an absolutely gorgeous day. The bike seems to be running well and my initial impression of the new tires is positive.
