The Beckly Demonstration Coal Mine was so much more worth visiting than I had imagined. The conditions these old school miners worked under was beyond horrible. I did not understand.

The forecast changed dramatically. High of 41 today. We’ve opted not to ride until later to avoid ice. In the meantime we’ve opted to do a touristy coalbmine tournin Beckly and are just waiting for a cab in the bar.
