Yermo is stopped.

I was fortunate. As I embarked into the pitch black one of the staff, who had so kindly made certain I had something to eat, happened to drive by and when she noticed I was walking offered to give me a lift.

To say I am grateful for this is an under-statement.

Todays’s route was dubbed The Bug Run a.k.a Yup, It’s Yermo’s Fault.

Bugs in managing waypoint editing continue to plague me but we did manage to get Reddish Knob and Smoke Hole roads in.

We’re camped out in a Starbucks in Harrisonburg debugging and fixing routes now that we have good WiFi. Today’s ride will be named The Bug Route”.

They loved the Baby Route. I threw it together in 45 minutes. A decent test for our route generating software. 

Tonight the WIFI signal is so weak I can’t do tomorrow’s route. We will go to BWM home base tomorrow, the closest Starbucks, and I will construct a route in the time it takes to drink a Venti café. It looks like we’re of to Harrisonburg in the morning. 

Gas stop. Awesome roads but very little signal today. Fantastic weather. Good stops. Beautiful scenery.

Another pump that would not read my card.

jackie4737 has pulled the sidestand up and is underway.

so far nice riding. We’ve arrived at VA 311. Had some close encounters with deer but all is well. We enjoyed the wicked switchbacks in Old Catawba Road and it’s break time here at the top. 

Gas stop.

The credit card slot on this pump seemed blocked but then accepted the card but asked me for a zip code despite the chip. It doesn’t look like a card skimmer.

As far as the Sena goes the only thing I've been able to find is a mention that they do update the firmware for the older units so they continue to work with newer ones. So if Jackie hasn't updated the firmware in a while that may be the issue.
