The app failed due to an internal error on startup so there is not track for yesterday's 15 nm sail.
At first there was no wind so we motored. The diesel is still smoking quite a bit but did not leave any black stains on the hull, so that's an improvement.
We motored past the Bay Bridge when the wind picked up dramatically. From then on we had consistent 18kts of wind with gusts to 20. At one point we were moving along at 8.1 kts. Alli did really well at the helm.
All in all it went very well. There was one moment when I didn't have enough wraps in the headsail sheet and it got away from me which was potentially dangerous.
