So far so good. No Advil yet. Figured I'd combine a gas stop with an hourly rest stop

Encountered a guy here at Sheetz in a yellow Roadcrafter riding a Ducati ADV bike. He's from New England riding a few days down to West Virginia.

Now I'm pondering how much further to go. I think roughly 7:30 would make a good time to stop.

At the rest stop here it's a stark reminder of how critical mobility training is. Half a dozen people here struggling with the most basic movements.

Todd who I had not previously met walked up asking about the bike. He says I should get it detailed since it'ss so clean. We talked about Moab and skydiving.

I just spent the last half hour talking to Drew here at Bob's, We chatted about old bikes, old friends, injuries, and loss. He had heard about Duncan and gave me his condolences.

I've had epic trouble sleeping the last two nights. Knowing better than to start off a journey while crazy tired, I finally managed to fall asleep early this morning. I'll have to make up some time but I'm still in good shape to meet Jay for a game of pool in Michigan on Saturday.
My back continues to be a problem but taking the rehab exercises and stretches much more seriously is helping
It's almost 14:15 and I'm essentially all ready to go. My Wolfman tail bag weights 31.4 pounds.
It looks to be a gorgeous day. I'll stop by Bob's BMW on my way out to grab an oil filter then it's slab to points North West because I'm getting such a late start.

Attempt number 2. Bugs in "stop" support irreparably scrambled the previous planning map attempt.
