Bad life choices yet again but at least I slept.

That belligerent trap was locked up when I woke up. I read that back spasms can be caused by a vitamin D deficiency so I walked over to CVS and got some. If that's the cause it'll take some days. I also picked up some magnesium.

I worked the stupid muscle with the therapy ball and that seemed to help. I swear I need to pack a masseuse.
