BUG: Had another incidence of tracking not recording anything. There were no recorded locations in the background cache apparently. Maybe the background gro plugin was in the wrong state?

REPAIRS: The hinge on the right saddle bag is letting go. Apparently, with all the rain last night the throttle is sticking a bit, there's a frame bolt that is suddenly showing visible surface rust, and the neutral light/gear indicator is not working.
