After a comedy of errors .. it's all back together.

Comedy of errors the new battery did not come with terminal nuts. Duncan found some in the garage but they don't fit into the posts.

I thought the old battery had threaded posts but maybe I failed to notice the nuts wedged in there.

Duncan has the battery in hand and is on his way back here.

In other news, it looks like the Transit Suit zipper and crotch repair is holding nicely. Sherry did really nice work.

Despite being on the charger and starting up when I test started it, the bike wouldn't start. I tried to bump start it in fifth gear down a long hill but the rear just locked ... not something I expected.

Slow start but getting underway now.
