The run back on the Pa Turnpike was relatively painless and quiet. Aaron slept most of the way. The bungee cords I used to secure the bike were inadequate so we stopped and added some straps that Aaron had brought. They worked out pretty well.
We've stopped to get something to eat in Breezewood. I can't remember the last time I was in a Bob Evan's. Our server's name is Raven.
Back at the room after going t Target. Aaron microwaved some quinoi in a sock for me to use as a heating pad. He then showed me a few stretches I could do which helped. 7.3 miles so far today. This is the most I have walked in years.
Pittsburgh needs to be visited again. I have a feeling there are probably good road all around this wider area not to mention more things to explore on foot in the city.
