The battery was also changed successfully.

The front brake caliper bolts were just a little more than finger tight. Scary.

When we initially torqued the front axle, it seemed to take too much torque at which point Duncan asked whether there was any grease on the threads. There was. We applied brake cleaner to the axle threads and nut and re-torqued it. 

The new tires represent a dramatic improvement. The scooter tracks better and feels more stable. 

Need to replace the rear wheel nut and washer.

Rear tire was quite challenging to mount.

1.25oz added to balance the rear.

The underside of the scooter case is damaged and the exhaust needs to be replaced.

Sound sounds great. Thanks again for the help on this.

I'll head over around 3:30 to pick up the scooter. We should be able to knock the tires out in relatively short order.
