I've been invited up to Burlington, ON for Brooklyn's Dad's 60th birthday party. I haven't gone on a decent ride in way too long, so I'm taking the Oil Burner and will turn it into a multi-day ride. I plan to check out Watkins Glen which I've never visited and after the party I'll following a finger lakes waterfall route I found and after that meet up with a buddy, Karl, who I haven't seen in ages. We're talking about maybe taking a ride over to Bud's shop, another person I haven't seen in decades. It will probably be a wet ride. We'll see how well my shoulder muscles handle this. I'm intentionally keeping the daily mileage low so I can take multiple breaks but also have enough daylight time to go walking around and look at things, which is something I rarely do. The temptation is always to try to get out and back as fast as possible and get back to work ... so I'm forcing myself to do things differently.
