of 6 Has anyone ever had your beemer seat lowered using shocks? I've heard the new performance shocks could lower the seat by 1 to 2 inches. My seat is currently 31.9 im looking for around 30 any ideas? Is a modified seat cheaper ? Ill be riding 2 most of the time tx.

of 6 I had a lowered progressive shock on my '92 K100RS for a time. It lowered the rear quite a bit, I forget by how many inches. If you go this route you may want to modify the center stand because it's royally difficult to get it on the center stand with a lowered shock.
of 6 I think the seat option might be the best way to go after reading Buffalo's links best not to mess with the rest and affect performance. Thanks for the Input guys.
of 6 Found a guy outside of middlebury VT about 35 minutes away that can customize my Corbin seat to lower it I think thats best no Mod to kickstands or shocks.
of 6 I did something similar with my DR650. Got a lower seat rather than lower the suspension.
