No cell reception. With the magic of zip ties I limped the last 2.5km to the campground. One of the guys lives about an hour and a half away and was able to get a pickup truck for the extraction. An off day by the lake wasn't so bad! Still gotta get a replacement tire and tube and go fetch the bike, but it could have been worse. I hope the rim isn't too damaged.

Was having a nice backcountry camping ride here on Vancouver Island until this happened...
