Just out of curiosity, what are the "track requirements" for an ordinary street bike for this kind of event? I assume it doesn't involve safety wiring.

You need to have recent fresh tires and the bike must not leak any oil or have any visible safety defects but otherwise my understanding is it's open to normal unprepped street bikes.
