I sympathize with the family and friends of this fellow Ike who was run over by a semi, but I wonder how many more riders either kill themselves there in one-vehicle accidents or in accidents that they caused themselves. Those numbers are certainly higher, in which case there is probably a petition elsewhere to keep motorcycles off of Deal's Gap.

If you think that US129, a.k.a. Deal's Gap, should be closed to semis and other oversized commercial vehicles, there is a petition for you to sign:
