    I'm exploring ways to cleanly and permanently mount a BMW accessory plug on the MIghty DR. 

    I'm thinking of something like this to mount on the handlebar or frame:

    I have a Powerlet adapter, BMW-style, on my Monster.  Mine is frame mounted just behind the left leg and is a good quality item. You should definitely get one, whether you mount it on the handlebar or elsewhere.

    YermoI'm going with USB power (the only electrics I have use USB) and using the same weatherproof USB power that I mounted on the Ninja. I got it from a place that caters to Adv/Offroad and has lots of BMW-centric stuff. I'll dig up the link and post it.
