    British Columbia plans to implement a graduated licensing policy for motorcyclists, limiting new riders to smaller engines and less power. Other new rules will:

    * eliminate lame beanie helmets

    * require all riders and passengers to have their feet on footpegs or floorboards

    It's a good move, in my opinion.

    Sounds like a less extreme version of what they do in Germany. Personally, I also think it's a good idea.
