Cherohala Skyway, NC

This starts out as a normal road winding it's twisty way through occasional development which then turns into the Cherohala Skyway, a parkway not unlike the Blueridge that climbs up several thousand feet. Gorgeous vistas. It's a very fast road but BE CAREFUL. There are 25mph corners that appear out of nowhere after long stretches. It seems that at each of these is some overlook with traffic coming in and out.
