I've been going through the forecast maps and 12Hr rainfall probability maps for the SouthEast (available on weatherunderground) and it looks like Eastern Tenn has the best forecast for both Monday and Tuesday. It looks like the greatest rain potential is on the Eastern side of the Blue Ridge with relatively dry forecast for eastern Tenn. I'm looking at some ridermaps for that area to see what's around that may be worth a couple of day trips. If anyone else is interested let me know. 

Sounds like a good plan. I'm bring my "local rides" maps which include some in TN.
